Warhammer 40k: Death Guard Battleforce - Poxwrought Vector
The Death Guard form armies in the same way a wound clots with scabrous growths – the lumbering warriors clump together until a leader directs them where they need to go. A Lord of Poxes walks at the forefront, noxious fumes pumping from the turbine at their back, and the army follows. Heavy machines churn the earth into bilious mud, and swollen, corrupted Space Marines squelch through it.
This loaded box contains a Death Guard force for use in games of Warhammer 40,000. Led by a Lord of Poxes, and supported by a trio of war machines, they are ready to lay waste to anyone who would stand against them. Units of Blightlord Terminators and Plague Marines march inexorably forward, laying down withering hails of fire as they advance.
The Foetid Bloat-drone can be equipped with plaguespitters, a plague probe, or a fleshmower.
In addition to the plagueburst mortar, the Plagueburst Crawler can be armed with sponson-mounted plaguespitters or entropy cannons, and a heavy slugger or rothail volley gun.
The Blightlord Terminators have loads of options for assembly, including combi-bolters, bubotic blades, baleswords, a reaper autocannon, a plague spewer, a blight launcher, a flail of corruption, and a combi-weapon.
The Plague Marines can be armed with a variety of weapons, from boltguns to bubotic axes, a blight launcher, a plasma gun, a meltagun, a plaguebelcher, a plaguespewer, a mace of contagion, a great plague cleaver, a plague flail, a plasma pistol, and a bolt pistol. There are also options for an icon of despair, an optional Plague Champion, and different heads, making it easy to personalise your squad.
No matter how you choose to build them, this box makes for a fantastic way to start a new Death Guard army, or expand your collection with a flexible set of plague-spreading miniatures – and save money over buying each kit separately.
This set includes the following multipart plastic miniatures:
– 1x Lord of Poxes
– 1x Foetid Bloat-drone
– 1x Plagueburst Crawler
– 1x Myphitic Blight-hauler
– 5x Blightlord Terminators
– 7x Plague Marines
This kit comprises 353 plastic components, 1x Citadel 80mm Round Base, 1x Citadel 60mm Round Base, 6x Citadel 40mm Round Bases, and 7x Citadel 32mm Round Bases. These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
The Lord of Poxes will be available separately at a later date. The other miniatures in this box are available separately.
