Umamusume: Pretty Derby Release Tournaments:
It's time to kickstart the derby! To commemorate the launch of the Extra Crossover Set "Umamusume: Pretty Derby", official Bushiroad stores will be holding special tournaments using only cards from the "Umamusume: Pretty Derby" universe from December 19, 2025 – January 16, 2026.
The champion will receive the following promo card and an exclusive Bushi Navi flair featuring Mejiro McQueen!

Umamusume: Pretty Derby Special Serial Tournaments:
Selected stores would be able to run a special standard format tournament to celebrate the release of EX Crossover Set “Umamusume: Pretty Derby”!
Each player would have to bring their own standard-legal decks comprised of only cards from the "Umamusume: Pretty Derby" universe to participate in the tournament.
Recommended Entry Fee: 2 packs of EX Crossover Set "Umamusume: Pretty Derby"
Special Serial Tournament Winner Prize
The winner of the Special Serial Tournament will receive an SP rarity serial-numbered "Special Week" promo card!We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cardboardiacares@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup of an online order requires valid proof of identification as well as presenting the method of payment ( such as the credit card used for the transaction) if applicable.
